Do you invoice several boutiques of a national chain, and want to consolidate your statistics at group level?
Do you purchase services from different locations within the same company, and want to visualize the overall result for that company?
With the"Third-Party Consolidation" app, define parent entities and consult your statistics by company group!
Activating the app adds :
- In companies, a new"Consolidation" field to define parent companies and their subsidiaries.
- In the analysis tables (for invoicing, purchasing and quotations), a new classification criterion,"consolidated companies", displays group results.
In the "Consolidation" field on company master records, define the company's role: it may or may not be "Group Head".
- By selecting "Group head", the company will be considered as the parent entity on which the establishments or stores will be consolidated.
- You can also link a company to its parent company in the "Consolidation" field. The menu contains the "Group Heads" you have previously defined.
You'll then find a new classification parameter in your dashboards: by selecting "Consolidated companies", you can display results by group.
