Do you need to issue intervention certificates?
Use the "Intervention certificates" app to draw up certificates for interventions on your customers' premises.
Add products and notes to your document to certify the quality of your intervention and designate the "Recipient" of the certifcat.
By activating the "Intervention certificates" app, you can edit a new type of document from the "Intervention order" menu in the "Sales" tab: intervention certificates.
In the app preferences, start by setting the "Certificates are documents" preference to your liking.
FIRST CASE: CERTIFICATES ARE DOCUMENTS
A new button has been added to the Service Order module, enabling you to create Service Certificates.
The content and method of creation are identical to the data to be managed in Service Orders.
The commercial document generated is a PDF with the title "Certificate of intervention".
Special feature of this document:
1. The billing address is replaced by : Recipient
2. In the "Customer acceptance phrase" field: This field is not pre-filled according to the last information entered. The application does not keep the field information, and it is empty by default.
SECOND CASE: CERTIFICATES ARE NOT DOCUMENTS
If you select this setting, no new documents are created: each existing BI can be printed as a certificate. To do this, go to a BI, and click on "Print certificate" in the shortcut box.
