With the"General conditions of purchase" app, integrate your CGA directly into the PDF of your orders.
Activating the app adds a new menu to supplier purchase orders, enabling you to link a purchasing conditions file to your purchase orders.
To integrate your purchasing conditions into the application: download your CGA from the"Conditions of sale and purchase" module, accessible from the shortcut block in the "Company data" menu, located in the "Configuration" tab.
Then select your CGA file in the "Purchase condition" field of your purchase order using the drop-down menu.
Files in .txt format will be included in your PDF order form, other file formats will be sent as attachments.
