With the"approach costs" app, integrate the variable part of transit and customs costs into your cost price!
For each supplier order, the app lets you specify the percentage of approach costs that will be added to the cost price.
Activating the app adds a new "approach fee" field:
- On product sheets
- On supplier purchase orders, in the miscellaneous block.
This "approach charges" field is used to specify the percentage of approach charges to be applied to all order lines or to the product sheet.
It applies a percentage increase to the cost price specified on the product sheet, to be taken into account when calculating your margin.
For example, if :
- The designated cost price is 100 euros,
- The seized approach fee rate is 10%,
- Then the cost value automatically taken into account by the application will be 110 euros excluding VAT.
Any new entry of approach charges in an order for a given product will replace the previous value of approach charges taken into account in the product costing.
Information on changes to the approach fee rate is archived in the "comments" block of the product sheet.
