Install the "Transfers to budgets" app, and add products to your time, expense or billing budget.
Installation of the app adds a new "Transfer to budgets" menu to the shortcut block of each estimate, to integrate details of time, expense or invoicing budgets directly into the deal linked to the estimate.
1. Data transfer
The intermediate transfer page allows you to :
- allocate products to the time, expense or billing budget
- designate products and quantities carried forward in the budget
By default, the destination business is the quote business, and can only be this one.
Clicking on "transfer" adds the items and their valuation in hours and/or amounts to the budgets.
2. Transferred data
Only products in the application's product catalog can be transferred to budget.
Non-catalog products and options are not eligible for transfer to the case budget.
3. Calculation of transferred budgets
- Transfer to billing budget :
- the total amount of the product line (including discount), excluding VAT and VAT
- taking into account the VAT applied to the item line in the quotation
- Transfer to expenditure budget :
- the total amount of the product line (including discount), excluding VAT and VAT
- taking into account the VAT applied to the item line in the quotation
- Time budget transfer :
- 1 quantity of product = 8 h (one day), so by budgeting for 1 unit of "Service", one day of time, i.e. 8h, is included in the time budget for the job.
The intermediate transfer page allows you to specify the quantity to be transferred for each item.
The budget can therefore be either total or partial, to build up the time or billing budget.
Time spent and budget invoiced, which are transferred, are not assigned to a user by default.
