With the"Budget Tracker" app, determine your annual expenses by financial category, adjust over the course of the year, and compare your forecasts with your actual expenses recorded in your purchases.
The app shows you positive or negative budget variances, to help you plan ahead!
Activating the"Budget Tracker" app, adds a new"Annual Budget Tracker" menu in the"Dashboard" tab.
To monitor your annual expenses :
- Click on"Add an annual budget".
- Complete the table showing your projected expenses by item.
- For each financial category, indicate the value of your projected expenses, excluding VAT .
- Confirm
When you register expenses on your application ("purchases" menu / "purchases" tab), attach them to a financial category.
On your budget table, find the forecast and actual figures for each expense item, and the value of the variance.
Click on the name of the budget to display the details by item and the variance, or on edit to update your budget.
