With the"price requests" app, create and send your requests for quotes for supplies, goods or services!
Structure your request to get your supplier relationship off to a good start and negotiate!
Activating the app adds a"price requests" menu to the"purchases" tab.
From this new menu:
- draw up requests for quotations
- send them by e-mail to your suppliers
- place orders with your suppliers
To create a quote request, go to the "Quote request" menu in the "Purchasing" tab. Add your request by clicking on "new price request".
Complete the form with the supplier's name and address, and select your contact details to be displayed on the request. Give your quote request a title and save. Next, complete the list of items for which you wish to request a quotation from suppliers.
In the "notes" field for each item, enter any details you may require concerning the conditions of supply of the product.
Then edit the PDF of your request or e-mail the document to your supplier.
