Do you invoice your customers for purchases made by your company?
With the "Purchase rebilling" app, transfer a purchase to an invoice with a single click
Easily integrate a total or partial purchase into a customer invoice. Invoice amounts exclusive of VAT.
Once the app has been activated, the purchase record is enriched with :
- a new field to indicate whether the purchase is to be re-invoiced yes/no
- a"purchase rebilling" link in the shortcut block, to convert your purchase into an invoice.
- an information tag specifying whether the purchase is invoiced or to be re-invoiced
On the purchase rebilling page, you can choose :
- add a purchase to a new invoice
- add your purchase to an existing invoice by selecting its customer number and name
- charge back 100% of the amount, or a percentage that you specify.
On registration, your purchase is added to the document you have selected, or a new invoice is created for you to complete.
Note: to re-invoice your expense reports, a second app is available on the store
