Would you like to issue an order confirmation?
Do you need to confirm to your customers that an order has been received and validated in order to launch production or delivery?
With the"Order confirmations" app, create, print or e-mail your order confirmations.
Activation of the app adds a new "Order confirmations " menu in the "Sales" tab of the application.
To create an order confirmation :
- From the "Order confirmations" menu, click on the "New order confirmation" button.
- From a quote, click on the "Confirm order" link in quote list mode, on each quote or in quote edit mode on the quote shortcut block.
The application lets you quickly compose your order confirmation using the data already stored on your Virtual Office:
- Your products in the catalog
- Your company details
- The contact details of your customers/prospects, in your sales contacts
An order confirmation can be printed or e-mailed to your customers.
Order confirmations are automatically numbered and dated.
The creation of an order confirmation, like that of a quotation, invoice, purchase order or delivery note, is a two-step process. First enter the characteristics of your sales document and your contact details, then validate.
Then save the list of items, indicating the quantities for each.
