Need to create delivery templates?
With the"delivery note templates" app, create your own delivery notes from templates!
Compose a list of delivery note templates to create a new delivery note in just one click, with a list of items and pre-filled quantities. Simply add a contact name and address to send a document to your customers in less than a minute.
Activating the app adds a new function allowing you to :
- create delivery note templates
- manage your list of delivery note templates
- make a delivery note from a template
There are two ways to create a delivery note template:
- From the "app home" page. Click on the "New delivery note template" button. List your items and quantities, and complete the parameters of your Delivery Note. The delivery note's title and subtitle will be the template's identifiers: make sure you fill in these fields correctly.
- From an existing delivery note. Turn an existing delivery note into a template! To do this, click on the "Create a template" link on a customer delivery note you wish to transform into a template. A page appears with the title and subtitle of your template. Confirm the information to create your template.
You can then generate a new delivery note:
- From the list of models, use the "make a delivery note" links on each model. Then call up the customer's name to integrate their details into the delivery note.
- From a contact, a company or a business, by clicking on the "Make a delivery note" link. An intermediary page will be displayed to enable selection of the model and generation of the customer copy.
