Do the products you invoice apply from date to date? Would you like to mention this information on your quotations and invoices?
This app adds structured date information to each line of your documents.
Once the app is installed :
- You can enter the first and last day for each line on your quotes and invoices, or the start and end times, depending on your app settings.
- If they are different, they are displayed on the PDF.
- First day and last day are exported in your quote and invoice exports
- First day and last day are importable fields
Automatic calculations
If you have activated the functionality in the preferences tab, an automatic duration calculation is performed each time you create or modify a quotation or invoice line, and the result is transferred to the line's "Quantity" box after validation.
If you have activated the "Double quantities" app, the result is transferred to the second quantity in the line.
