Would you like to personalize the footer of your business documents?
Do you need to add a reference to a ten-year warranty, an approval number or an insurance number?
With the "Customized footer" app, personalize the legal notices displayed on your quotations and invoices.
Installing the app adds a new field in the company data to enable you to draw up your own block of legal information to be displayed on your quotes and invoices.
To customize your footer, go to the "Company data" menu in the "Configuration" tab.
In the "Footer" field, select "custom".
A block appears for you to enter your company data.
Fill it in, making sure to include all the mandatory legal billing information in this block:
- Company name
- Full address of company headquarters
- Company legal status
- Capital
- Grafting
- Siren number
- APE code
- Intracommunity VAT number or mention of exemption.
