What is SugarSync?
SugarSync is an online storage service for documents, photos and videos. Your files are accessible on all your computers, phones and from the SugarSync management interface.
How do I use the SugarSync app?
Activate the SugarSync app, then click on the yellow "Home" button.
You can then configure your SugarSync account and synchronize it with your management application.
There are three types of settings:
- Manual: this setting lets you choose SugarSync folders to which you can drop the files of your choice with a single click. Perfect for sharing documents with clients. A small SugarSync icon will be displayed next to each file in your online application. Click on it to choose the Manual folder on which to drop the file.
- Automatic Global : this setting allows you to designate a SugarSync folder to which all files uploaded to your application by you or your collaborators will be automatically deposited. Files attached to invoices or other documents will be filed in the corresponding folders. Documents and files marked Personal are not saved on SugarSync.
- Automatic Personal: this setting lets you designate a SugarSync folder to which all files you add to the online application, including personal files, will be automatically deposited.
