Do you regularly have product lists in Excel or elsewhere that you'd like to be able to paste directly into your quotations and invoices rather than typing in the lines one by one?
Install this app and you'll have a new option for composing your documents
Once installed, this app adds a "CSV Import" link to the line-add area of your documents.
1. Configuration
To choose which types of documents you wish to activate this function on, go to the app's preferences tab and tick the documents of your choice (quotations, delivery notes, etc.).
2. Import operation
Once on a document, click on the "Import CSV" link. The lines are replaced by a text box in which you can paste your lines.
The following columns must be separated by a semicolon:
- Product: reference, barcode or incwo_id
- Quantity
- Price excluding VAT (optional)
Example: PS4-200;5;100 for 5 PS4-200 products at 100 EHT each
