To manage a contract and track its due dates, click onAdd a contractlink.
Complete the contract presentation form and indicate the dates of :

• Start of contract
• Renewal
• End of contract

You'll receive an alert before the designated renewal date, so you can continue, renegotiate or terminate your contract on time.

The form also lets you associate a supplier in the dedicated field, and add notes or key points in the contract that need your attention.

Attach an electronic version of the signed contract for archiving purposes, so you can keep a copy easily accessible.
