With the "Scheduled Message Sending" app, you can schedule the sending of your business documents!
Prepare your quotations and invoices, add your accompanying message and schedule dispatch within a few hours, so that your customers receive your proposal at the right time.
Activating the app adds a new field to the quote and invoice dispatch function: "Delayed dispatch", containing a drop-down menu enabling you to schedule the dispatch of your customer messages.
In sending step 2/2, go to the "Delayed sending" field and select the delay for sending your message.
Send now (default selection) or choose a shipment :
- In 5 minutes
- In 15 minutes
- In 30 minutes
- In 1 hour
- In 2 hours
- In 3 hours
- In 4 hours
- In 8 hours
- In 12 hours
- In 24 hours
Once you have chosen your delivery date, click on the "send" button.
Your mail will be scheduled to leave at the programmed time.
