Do you know what factors influence your customers' purchasing intentions?
With the"Factors of influence" app, list and visualize the factors that impact your sales. Temperature, sunshine, new window display, sales period, etc.
On a daily basis, for your point of sale or your website, qualify the factors impacting your sales and analyze your results based on this information.
A new lever for understanding your sales and reacting quickly with actions to support your sales in the event of a combination of negative factors.
Activate the "Influencing factors" app to :
- Create lists of factors that impact your sales
- Define a numerical analysis index for each one
- Complete daily index values for each factor
The factor analysis index is purely numerical. So, for example, if a factor is to be identified :
- As present or absent, i.e. yes/no: choose index 0 or 1
- Such as temperature or number of incoming visitors: indicate the value with the corresponding number.
- Like a degree of sunshine or rain: think of a scale from 1 to 10 or 1 to 100 and give yourself the minimum and maximum values, to capture this information.
To set your factors, go to the App's "Home" page.
On this page :
- Add as many factors as you like: name them and specify the value of the reference index in the comments field.
- Then click on "0 values" to start filling in your daily result indices.
Coupled with the "Multi-channel sales analysis" app, this captured information is displayed in your weekly analysis table.
