Need to track your day-to-day prospecting and see your sales opportunity forecasts?

With the"Suivi de prospection-réel" app, monitor your sales activity by the hour and by the day

Measure the efficiency of your sales force and instantly visualize the day's sales performance.

Activating the app adds a new menu called"Real-time business analysis" in the"Dashboard" tab.

This menu gives you access to a dashboard of your daily prospecting and sales opportunity statistics, allowing you to view : 

  • Your daily statistics: select a day and view invoice details
  • The day's caseload
  • The weighted turnover of the day's business, calculated according to the Confidence Percentage of success of the business.
  • The average weighted sales of the day's business.
  • Business by product category: number of products and percentage of sales
  • Business by customer category: number of products and percentage of sales

It also allows you to find a graph:

  • The number of cases handled per day, per hour
  • Daily sales triggered over the last 30 days

This real-time dashboard is refreshed whenever you work on a job (modifications, comments, etc.). An"Enlarge" link allows you to display the page on a dedicated screen, giving you a real real-time billing follow-up screen.
