With the "Annual sales target by customer" app, define your company's sales targets on a customer-by-customer basis.
Enter your targets, compare the expected value of your sales with each customer's actual billings, and export your data.
Installing the app allows you to :
- Enter an annual sales target on a third party's file
- Display annual sales based on invoices on a third party's file
- Find a percentage representing the target achieved for this third party on its form based on these 2 data (actual sales/estimated sales).
- Extract all this data in xls or csv format, in the export type: contacts and companies
1. Enter estimated billing amount
- Go to your customer's contact or company details
- Enter the expected sales for the year in the "annual billing" field.
- Register
2. Calculation and comparison with actual
All new invoices issued with a status other than draft, i.e. other than "invoices to be issued", are taken into account when calculating third-party sales.
This is displayed in the "annual billing" field:
- The amount actually billed
- Percentage of target achieved.
3. Data export
In the contact export, accessible from the export center, this app adds 3 new columns
- Annual billing - this year's objective
- Annual billing - completed this year
- Annual billing - achieved this year in %.
