Email scenarios

Automate your email marketing

Would you like to automate your prospecting and find out which prospects are most interested? Be notified when emails are opened or clicked? Have your prospect's score automatically updated?

Would you like to save time in your sales process by delegating the sending of the most common emails?

This is the app for you! It allows you to set up your email scenarios according to the following scenarios

Once installed, this app adds :

  • Features for creating email scenarios
  • Interface elements for direct access to your scenarios from your objects
  • Access interfaces to emails sent and in progress

1. Create your scenarios

To create your own scenarios, go to the app's home page, then click on "+ Scenario".

You need to choose the stage concerned by your scenario: this stage can concern several objects, campaigns, quotations, delivery notes, invoices, jobs, production files, etc.

Once you've chosen your object, you'll be taken to the Scenario Editor:

  • Select any conditions for applying the step. By way of example, this menu allows you to choose to add the step according to the salesperson in the campaign concerned. In this way, you can differentiate the content of your e-mails according to the salesperson involved.
  • Enter the title and content of the e-mail to be sent
  • Enter the actions to be taken when the e-mail is opened: notification, adding the third party to a campaign, modifying the third party's score, and interrupting the scenario.
  • Enter the actions to be taken when the e-mail is clicked: notification, adding the third party to a campaign, modifying the third party's score, and interrupting the scenario.

2. Run your scenarios

Activate your scenarios, and any object entering the chosen state triggers the creation of emails programmed in the corresponding scenario.

Each mail opened or clicked then triggers the actions you have programmed (notification, add to campaign, etc.).

3. Follow emails

To track the progress of your automations, go to the list of sent messages and sort by messages opened, clicked, and view the objects attached to these messages. Track your sending statistics, open rates and click rates.
