With the"Spam Filter" app, mark messages as spam and activate an automatic spam classification category.
Qualify the relevance of messages received and don't let your customer support be polluted by unwanted messages.
Activating the app adds :
- On each ticket the following links: Spam and Not Spam
- On the customer support interface: a new "Spam" category
Click on these "Spam" and "Not Spam" links to qualify the message sender.
If you designate the message as "Spam", that sender will lose points towards being classified as a spammer later on. Spam is regularly deleted.
