Need quick information on an incwo object? Would you like to send a message or assign a task to a customer without opening their contact details?
The "Hovercards" app gives you a dynamic display to manage quick actions on your objects.
On your list of deals, tickets, or sales documents, hover over your contact's name, and display an information bubble. Decide whether to "follow actions on the item", set yourself a task or send a message to the contact.
Installing the app adds overlay information windows, known as overcards, which are activated when you move your mouse over the object names.
For example, in a list of deals, contracts or sales documents, when you move the cursor over the contact's name, a window opens 3 seconds later.
This information window contains the name of the contact and the object, and offers 3 types of action:
- Add a task
- Send an email to contact
- Track all contact information (depending on user permissions)
Click on one of the action icons in the window to perform the operation.
