Don't miss another step in the realization of your projects!
Use the Checklists app to list the tasks you need to complete your events and sales actions.
So make sure that each key phase is well planned in time to make your project a success, step by step. Check progress by marking tasks "completed" with a single click, and track the percentage of completion of each of your checklists.
Activating the app adds a to-do list creation module.
- Add your checklists
- Add tasks to each checklist
These tasks are automatically added to your to-do list and scrumboard, if you use this add-on app.
On the tasks page of a checklist, you can mark a task "completed" by ticking the box before its name.
An indicator shows the percentage of progress for each checklist.
Types of checklists
- Task list: this is the most basic type of checklist, a simple list of tasks.
- Checklist template: in this type of checklist, you can add tasks with a fixed date, tasks to be launched after the previous tasks have been completed, and tasks to be launched after the previous tasks have been completed, and which are also repeated over time. You can also attach a document such as a work order.
- Dynamic checklist model: in this type of checklist you can add tasks with a fixed date, and tasks to be created according to a fixed schedule after the checklist has been created.
Projects
In the app preferences, you can activate the option to select a project for each checklist. A checklist that has a project, when its tasks are instantiated, will then attach the tasks to that project.
Assign checklist tasks to third parties
If in the checklists you choose to assign the task "To the third party of the object", then when you go to a sales document (quote, invoice, etc.) and instantiate a dynamic checklist from the "tasks" tab, if the sales document is linked to a third party with an e-mail address, the tasks will be assigned to this third party.
