Classification by branch

Need to classify your tasks and events to analyze and track your time by activity? Do you need supporting documents because you are eligible for the Research Tax Credit for your deliveries? 

Would you like to link them to an internal, general company activity, to get an indication of the amount of time spent on certain jobs within the company? 

With theClassification by branchapp, assign with the tasks and events to a type ofcompany activityfiles, will be automatically deposited.

Production, sales, R&D, purchasing, etc., link your actions to a branch of the company's activity and analyze your time spent by activity.

The addition of theClassification by branchapp lets you attach each task and event to a branch of the company's activity, giving you a branch-by-branch analytical view of your time spent on timesheets.

You'll find :

• a new selection field named branch on your tasks and events
• a branch-by-branch analysis your timesheets

The company's branches of activity, to be selected, are proposed by default: 

• Management
• Operations
• Sales
• Marketing
• Purchasing
• R&D
• Production
• Logistics
• Human Resources
• Admin
• - not worked -

You can select them when adding :

• an event in the calendar,
• of time spent on your timesheets
• a task assigned to a collaborator
