Would you like to delay or schedule your support tickets?

With the "Ticket delay" app, you can postpone sending your messages.

Write and schedule your customer messages, from 5 minutes to 24 hours later, so that your contact receives it at the right time! 

 

Activating the app adds a new drop-down menu to tickets, allowing you to schedule the sending of your customer messages.

Select the delay for sending your message: 

  • Send now (default selection) 
  • In 5 minutes
  • In 15 minutes
  • In 30 minutes
  • In 1 hour
  • In 2 hours
  • In 3 hours 
  • In 4 hours
  • In 8 hours
  • In 12 hours 
  • In 24 hours

Once you've chosen your delivery date, click on the red "write to xxx" button.

The message will be sent at the specified time.
