Also link this campaign to a sales pipeline.

2. Create a sales pipeline

The sales pipeline is a set of stages linked to your sales operation, into which you will bring the customer to manage and follow his maturation in your prospecting procession.

For example, on a telemarketing campaign, your sales pipeline will be made up of telephone prospecting management stages that will enable you to manage your relations and exchanges with your contacts. (Eu and not interested, Eu and want RV, NRP, Send a brochure, Send a quote, etc.).

These are the commercial steps that will enable you to work with and follow up your contacts in the campaign.

To create a sales pipeline, click on the "Sales stage" menu in the "Campaigns" shortcut block.

  • Give your pipeline a name and add
  • Then click on "0 items in this list".
  • Then create your sales stages

Once you've created your pipe, you can link it to your campaign and work on your contacts.

This page displays the list of your campaign contacts and contains :

  • Contact details: last name, first name, company, email, telephone
