Do you need to manage appointments with several contacts in your address book?
With the "Event Contacts" app, schedule your appointments and invite your customers.
Add guests to your events. They'll receive an appointment confirmation email to add to their own calendar.
Activating the app adds a new input block to your events: "Contacts attached to this event".
From this block :
- Call up the name of a contact in your phonebook
- Select contact
- Click on "Add" to invite the contact
Whether you're adding an event from the calendar or from the "tasks and appointments" block of an object, a new "+ add" link appears on the "participants" line.
Click on "+ add" to access the add new contact block.
Settings
Two settings are available on the app for :
- Inform invited contacts by e-mail
- Automatically publish a shared version of the event on invitation
