Install this app, and access the history of prospects who contact you from your site!
Note: To benefit from this app, you must be able to install, or have installed, a tracking pixel on your site.
1. Installation
Once you've installed the app, click on "Home" to go to its home page. There you'll find a piece of code to drop onto the pages of your site you wish to track. This code displays a tracking pixel.
Thanks to the pixel, each page viewed by your visitors will be recorded with a unique identifier for the visitor.
When this visitor validates a form on your site, a contact will be created on incwo, attached to this unique visitor identifier. Indeed, incwo web forms also contain this pixel.
2. Operation
For each visitor to your site who has become a contact on your incwo management system, you have a page listing his or her visit history. Each page is displayed with its url, the date consulted, and an icon to indicate whether the page was consulted before or after the form was submitted.
To access this page :
- Go to the contact or company page. The "tracking" section is displayed if your contact/company has tracking information and lists the number of pages viewed.
- Go to your campaigns, click on "Work on contacts", and you'll see a link to the tracking page opposite each contact/company with tracking.
