With the"Event Categories" app, create your own event and task categories, assign a color to them, and attach your appointments, missions, interventions or other calendar operations to a category.
Quickly visualize the type of actions planned for your day!
By activating the"event categories" app, you can :
- From the app's home page, define"categories" for your events and tasks
- From your calendar, attach an event to a category, by adding a new"category" field to your events.
- From your timesheets, assign a category to an event, by adding a new"category" field to your events.
- From your tasks, assign a category and retrieve information from your task lists.
- From your dashboards, view timesheet statistics sorted by category
The event, for which a category is assigned, then takes on the color of its category on the agenda and timesheets.
The task assigned to a category takes the category's collated tag.
To set up your categories, go to the application's home page. Name your category, choose the color and click on "add".
The operation allows you to freely choose the organization of events/actions that you wish to identify with a color. You can choose to designate events/tasks :
- by type of action: telephone prospecting, design, production, customer intervention, after-sales service, assignment, customer meeting, etc.
- by participant: list the names of the employees who will carry out the planned operations
