Need to track the time spent on each project, so you can re-invoice it?
Need to plan the time worked by your staff on each project, so you can better monitor the production or processing phases of a business deal?
Need to manage your company's efficiency by tracking the time spent per customer or project, so you can improve your margins and profitability?
The "Timesheets" application lets you track the time spent per project or project code, and re-invoice your time worked.
The "Timesheets" application adds the "Timesheets" menu to the following tabs:
- You: to enter your own timesheets each month, and submit them to management for approval
- Team: to enable managers to retrieve all the company's timesheets, to schedule time on jobs for employees, to validate them, and to re-invoice the time worked.
The " Timesheets " menu, located in the"You" or"Team" tabs, enables you to enter your time spent by half-day or hour, and thus track the time spent on each of your projects and actions, by week and by month.
They enable you to visualize the time you and your colleagues spend on different aspects of your business. They are an indicator for monitoring the daily efficiency of your teams and controlling useful time, as well as a tool for measuring the time spent on a customer project, which you can then invoice as part of your service.
To add a timesheet, go to the"Timesheets" menu in the"You" tab:
- Select your unit: hour or half-day
- Add each line of time spent , specifying the content of your action and the duration.
- Attach time spent to a business deal or project
- Insert comments
- View the distribution of time spent on theagenda
Each employee creates his or her own timesheets and submits them to his or her manager for follow-up and validation, at the end of the month.
A manager profile can validate time spent, and re-invoice time from the "Team" tab. They can also manage their employees' timesheets from the "Team" tab, by allocating time from the timesheet of the person concerned.
A link in the shortcut block at the top left of the page enables them to re-invoice time spent : either by adding it to an existing invoice, or by integrating it into a new customer invoice.
