Add an account manager to your business

Would you like to add an additional person to your commercial business?

With the"Business Manager" app, associate an additional manager to the business card.

The account manager accesses the case data to monitor and manage the sales file. He/she can modify data and notify information on the case file.

Activating the "Account manager" app adds a new field to the case form:"Account manager".

This field is used to select a contact from among the application's users, either a member of staff or a manager, to be linked to case management.

Select the contact and save. The contact is automatically taken into account.

The account manager will then be able to intervene on the case, consult the data and update it. He or she will also receive comments linked to the business deals with which he or she is associated.
