The app lets you configure a numbering format, so you can display a reference number on each copy of your documents.
Activation of the Document Numbering app , adds :
- A number setting form to configure the numbering format of your contracts and letters created in the "Documents" module.
- Automatic numbering of each new copy of documents generated in the application
- This number on the PDF of your document
To set your dialing parameters, after installing this app, go to the app's home page. Define the part numbering format, then validate to save.
Any new document generated in the "documents" module is automatically assigned a number.
