With the"Mailjet" App, there's no need to import and export data!
Synchronize your contact lists at any time.
The Mailjet app lets you merge your contact lists between your Virtual Office and your Maijet e-mail service.
Activating the"Mailjet" app allows you to :
- Connect your application to Mailjet's service
- Synchronize your contact lists in your incwo application with the Mailjet service (up and down data)
To connect and synchronize your data, click on the "home" link in the application.
Add your Mailjet account to synchronize services.
To set up your Mailjet account, you need the API Key and Secret Key published by Mailjet to configure synchronization with external data. These keys are available in your Mailjet account, by going to the "Account Preferences" menu, then " API Key Management ", and clicking on the " Generate Secret Key" link.
To synchronize your application lists with those of the Mailjet service :
1. If you don't have any lists on Mailjet
- Create lists on Mailjet. To do this, go to the service's "contacts" menu, and add lists. Name them without adding contacts
- Then go to the home page of the "Mailjet" app on your Virtual Desktop. Click on "Settings". In the "synchronized lists" section, link your contact lists in the management application with those in the Mailjet service.
- Click on the arrow to the right of "Choose a list": lists are displayed
- Select the list by clicking on its name.
2. If you already have contact lists in Mailjet
- Go to the "Mailjet" app home page
- Click on "set": your Mailjet contact lists are displayed in the "synchronized lists" section.
- Click on the arrow to the right of "Choose a list" .
- Click on "import into a new list": the list and associated contacts are automatically added to your management application.
- Rename your contact list on the application, from the "contacts" menu, then the "contact lists" module, located in the "sales" tab.
You're ready to send your messages!
