With the"File Sharing" app, assign members to your files!
Every authorized member can consult your organization's files.
Activating the app adds a new block to your application's "Files" menu ("Files" menu located in the "Documents" tab) called "Member users" to designate the list of accounts accessing the information.
To ensure that your users have access to the documents on which they are referenced as users, make sure to set their authorizations to"its data created, assigned, or in its groups".
Linked collaborators can view the content of the document, and comment or modify it.
