With the "Send SMS" app, integrate SMS customer relationship management into your sales and after-sales processes.
Enter your messages, address them and archive all the information exchanged directly on your leads' contact sheet, so you can keep track of your exchanges.
Activating the "send SMS" app displays a new "+SMS" link next to the phone numbers.
1. Sending SMS
Move over the phone number: a +SMS link appears to the right of the number.
Clicking on this link opens an input window.
- Write the message
- Send message
Your contact receives a message from a French 07 number.
Your message is preceded by "your_name is writing to you", so that the third party can immediately identify the source of the message.
Note: for the app to work properly, always save your phone numbers in international format.
2. Archiving SMS exchanges
SMS messages sent are stored in the third party's file.
They are centralized in the "Notes" tab.
3. Cost of sending the SMS
To access the SMS sending function, you need to load your account with tokens.
Formulas :
- 1000 tokens = 100 euros excl.
- 2000 tokens = 190 euros excl.
- 5000 tokens = 450 euros excl.
- 10,000 tokens = 850 euros excl.
What are tokens?
1 token = 1 segment
The number of segments consumed by your message depends on the third party's telephone operator, the technological support, the encoding of the addressed message and the sending rate.
So the same SMS can consume 1 token for a third party and 2 or 3 for another.
The value of a segment is highly variable, ranging from 70 to 160 characters.
The app limits SMS messages to 500 characters.
4. Opening hours
Activate "Restrict sending to working hours" on the app's settings tab, and your mailings will be queued if necessary, to be sent only from Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm.
