You can also simplify the link between sales documents or time spent and the project code, by reducing the selection of project codes displayed to the list of those in progress on which the employee is working.
In this way, each user gains in efficiency by retrieving only the project codes of which he or she is a member.
Activating the"Project team " app adds the following elements to your application:
- on your "project code" sheets: a"Users who are members of this project" block to add the list of employees and managers working on the project
- on quotations, invoices and other commercial documents, but also on timesheets: selective display of project codes that can be attached to the part, taking into account the project member's status.
In this way, only current project codes, of which the employee is a member, are proposed and can be selected. No more project code assignment errors!
