Would you like to set up a system for checking tickets before they are sent by your employees?
With the "Support Ticket Validation" app, you can supervise the responses sent to your customers.
Control the content transmitted to the customer by having it validated by a member of your team before sending.
Activating the app adds a validation phase before sending your tickets.
This app allows each message sent to be validated by a member of the support team, who must then give their approval for the ticket to be forwarded to the customer.
This app adds, in a drop-down menu to the right of the send button, the list of support members who can be asked for validation. To organize validation :
- Select validator name
- Click on "Send
The validator will receive an e-mail inviting him to consult the ticket to validate or not the sending of the message.
Two links are present on the message:
- If he clicks on "Validate": the message is sent
- If he clicks on "Refuse": the message does not leave and remains visible to you for reference.
In your ticket list, the answers to be validated are tagged.
