Easily locate your files and standardize document storage. Reduce access time to stored information by creating your own file type directory, and archive your documents in a structured way.
The addition of the "File Classification" App lets you :
- Create your own categories to classify your files
- Link each file to a category
- A tag in list mode
- Search your files by category
To define your rating categories, go to the App's "Home" page.
On this page, add as many categories as you like.
To add a new filing status :
- Give it a name
- Register
Activating the "File Sorting" app adds a new "Sorting" field to the add new file module, with a drop-down menu of your categories to select from.
