Are you looking to divide your prospect/customer portfolio among your sales force?

The "Assign prospects and customers" app lets you assign your contacts to your sales force.

Simply assign customer/prospect contacts to each member of your team, and find the sales manager automatically on related quotes and sales.

Activating this app :

  • Adds an "attribution" field for salesperson selection in each contact and company file,
  • Automatically assigns the name of the salesperson associated with the customer when creating quotes, deals or invoices for which the customer is the addressee, regardless of who created the invoice.
  • Export the associated sales rep when exporting contacts

You'll be able to view sales statistics by sales rep, based on the allocation of sales reps to their contact portfolio.

Note that users whose contact and company authorizations are "its data created or assigned", can only access their own data and that assigned to them.
