Each member can consult your organization's standard documents.
When you activate the app, a new block called "Member users" is added to the "Documents" menu in the "Documents" tab, to designate the list of employees and managers with access to the information.
To ensure that your users have access to the documents on which they are referenced as users, make sure to set their authorizations to"its data created, assigned, or in its groups".
Linked collaborators can view the content of the document, and comment or modify it.
Installation of this "Team on Documents" app requires installation and use of the "Documents" app.
