Generate contacts and quotes from your website

Would you like to add forms to your website to receive requests for customer information, appointments or technical assistance, applications, event registrations, etc.?

Would you like to synchronize this data with your management software to optimize information processing and track incoming requests?

With the Web Forms app, create your own forms, integrate them into your website, and automatically retrieve the content on your Virtual Desktop.

Activating the Web Forms app, adds a new"Web Forms" menu in the"Sales" tab.
To design and publish your forms online, click on the"Add a web form" button.

Complete the form creation form : 

  • Provide a title and a description: this information will be visible on your site.
  • Select the contact data you wish to retrieve and fill in the required fields.
  • Add additional fields: name the field, select the type. You can edit fields such as "checkboxes", "paragraphs" to be completed by the contact, or lists to suggest answers.
  • Insert a"file" field: to retrieve documents
  • Adjust the form's font size and background for better integration on your site
  • Name your validation button: by default, "validate" is inscript, but you can choose to rename it.

You can also compose an automatic response message, which will be displayed when the online form is validated, or which you can e-mail to your contact.

Then identify where the contact information will be directed in the application and the person informed.

If you track your data with Google Analytics, you can add code to track this page.

To add your form to your site, after validating it, retrieve the code to be integrated into your website.

This app is compatible with the Custom Fields app: you can select custom fields for contacts, companies, deals and tickets. If they are entered on the form, they will be added to the relevant objects.

For each form, and for all your forms, you can use a graph to track the number of new contacts created per day and per month.
