The addition of the"Email to Bureau" app gives you a new way ofadding photos, files and documents to your application's objects, by email, from your messaging system, and of copying collaborators, customers or partners.
With this App, each object (quotes, invoices, contacts, deals) has its own email address.
A new"email" link, present in the"attached files" block of each object in the application, lets you access this address to send your message and attach your documents in the application.
Sending attachments, using this email address as the recipient or as a copy of your message, automatically attaches any attached document to your subject in the application.
Example of use:
"You send a message to one of your customers, from your own mailbox, with attachments that you also want to archive in your CRM, about a current case. Add a copy or a hidden copy of the address assigned by the application to the attachments for this case, and send your message. The attachments will be automatically added to the designated case".
Adding files to the "Attachments" area of your application may take several minutes, depending on the number and size of the files sent.
