Do you need to track messages sent by incwo?
With the "Email Log" app, track messages sent and opened
Activating the app allows you to track emails sent from incwo.
Go to the app's "Home" page to find the list of messages sent: task or appointment notification messages, quotation or invoice dispatches, customer messages or tickets, everything is tracked.
The following information is available for each message:
- Day and time of dispatch
- Message subject
- Sending server used
- Number of times the message has been viewed
