Automate your booking and appointment process.
Activating the app adds the following items to your virtual desktop:
- A Settings page for booking and making appointments, the app's home page
- An "Appointment booking" checkbox on each of your product sheets
Shared calendar settings
Click on the Home link in this app and you'll be taken to the Settings app. Here you can adjust:
- Availability: choose the opening days, and for each day, the time of the first possible appointment, the time of the last, and possibly a lunch break.
- Slot spacing: choose the slot spacing on your schedule (5 min, 15 min, etc.)
- The first available appointment: decide whether you want to book at the last minute or need a 24-hour interval.
- The last available appointment: choose the earliest booking you can accept. One month? Two months?
- Display product price / duration: decide whether or not to display the price and duration of products when booking an appointment.
- Instructions: instructions to be displayed when making an appointment
- To be informed: decide whether the third party should be informed by e-mail, and who in your company should be informed.
- Address and contacts: set the address of the appointment, and the contact information that will be transmitted to third parties.
Activate your shared calendar
In the"Share URL" block on the right-hand side of your settings page, activate calendar sharing. Click on the link provided, it's your appointment booking page!
Product selection
The appointment is made for a product. By default, two products are created for your first launch. Go to your product catalog to create appointments to be displayed on the shared calendar. Here are a few examples:
- A 45-minute coaching session
- 1h30 coaching session
- A 2-hour massage and scrub
- A 1-hour visit to the general practitioner
- A 45-minute conference call
- A 45-minute job interview
- etc
Third-party appointments
The third party must have the shared link, which you will have sent him, or which will be available from your site. On this link, he will book his appointment in three steps:
- Product selection : If you have only one product, this step will be skipped.
- Choice of schedule: the third party browses the dates and chooses the time that suits him best.
- Validation: the third party enters his or her contact details (surname, first name, email address and telephone number are mandatory), and validates.
Once validated, the appointment is added to your calendar, the third party is notified if necessary, and you receive an email. The email sent to the third party contains a link to the appointment sharing page, which summarizes the appointment times, locations and contact details.
Once an appointment has been booked, it becomes unavailable on your calendar for subsequent appointments.
Appointments are booked in responsive format, and are therefore accessible on computer, tablet and mobile.
Each authorized user of this app has his or her own settings page.
