With the "Telephony Log" app, find the history of telephone calls sent and received from your CRM.
Activating the app lets you view incoming and outgoing calls from incwo
Go to the app's "Home" page to find the list of calls sent and received from each of your lines.
The following information is available for each call:
- Day and time of call
- Type of call: incoming or outgoing
- Caller name and number
- Name and number of called party
