With the"contact lists" app, create groups of contacts and export their contact details

Sort by: contact profile, by geographical area, by profession, by newsletter subscribers... Add as many contact lists as you like and update them easily.
Optimize your sales management!

Activating the"Contact lists" app adds new items to your contact list page in the application.  

  • A"manage your contact lists" menu in the shortcut block on the "contacts" page.
  • A lists link, above your contact directory, to quickly add contacts to a list or create new ones.
  • Checkboxes to attach contacts to a list from your contact directory.

To create a new list, go to the"manage your contact lists" menu in the shortcut block on the "contacts" page, or click on the arrow to the right of the"lists" link on the contacts page.

  • Click on"New list".
  • Complete the form by giving your list a name and a description, to qualify the content of the contacts present.
  • Save your list
  • Then click on the add/delete link to create your list or update it later. 
  • Tick the contacts you wish to insert, then click on the"Add" button. A"select all" box lets you attach all the contacts in your database to the list with a single click.
  • Export your data by clicking on the "excel" or "csv" link, depending on the format you require.
