Do you have an e-commerce site designed with Prestashop?
With the"Prestashop" app, connect sales from your e-commerce site with your management application!
Synchronize your online store's contacts, products and customer orders with your Virtual Office.
Save time by avoiding the often error-prone re-keying of your data, and find all your company's commercial data in a single place, so you can better manage your invoicing and analyze your sales.
Activating the "Prestashop" app allows you to :
- Synchronize your contacts, product catalogs and customer orders from your merchant site with data from your management and billing application
- Activate automatic data synchronization
- Select a user to be notified when new orders arrive on your management and billing application
- Automatic creation of a sales order to generate an invoice
1. Connect your Prestashop store
After installing the app, click on "Home" or go to the "Sales" menu, then "Web Shops" and "List".
Click on "Add a Prestashop account" or "+Prestashop".
Set the connector parameters:
- Enter the name of your store and the user to be notified
- Set synchronization (schedules, synchronized data)
- Identify your Prestashop server, specifying the API url for your e-commerce site, in the format: shop.prestashop.com/api (do not put "https://www")
- Enter your service connection key. This key is provided by Prestashop. Find it in the "Advanced settings" tab of your Prestashop account, then "Webservices". First, select "Activate web service" and click on "Save" to activate the service. You will then be able to generate the API key (we advise you to open all rights).
- Transfer the API key to incwo and validate. You can then perform your first data synchronization.
2. Start the first synchronization
To synchronize your data, click on the "Prepare for synchronization" link.
The page then displays a list of new store items to be synchronized: customer contacts, supplier contacts, products, orders, etc. Start synchronization to add the items to your Virtual Office, by clicking on "Synchronize".
You can then activate automatic synchronization.
If your server is protected by a firewall, you must whiltelist the incwo addresses: 185.16.44.?
The first synchronization can take from several hours to several days, depending on the volume of data to be synchronized.
3. App settings
To quickly identify, on the list of items, whether a product is linked to a web store, activate the setting proposed in the app's "Settings" tab.
4. Connecting multiple Prestashop stores
If you have several stores (one for private customers and one for professionals), create 2 connectors.
Each store must have its own API key.
