With the Business Production Tracker app, you can view sales, expenses and margins for each of your current businesses on a single dashboard.
Refine the analysis by product custom fields, to see the impact of your results according to your criteria.
Installing the app adds a new business analysis dashboard with the following elements for each customer:
- Estimated revenue: % confidence / Estimated revenue / Weighted revenue
- Invoiced amount: Sales invoiced to the customer for each case.
- Cost: Sum of purchase and expense charges
- Margin: earnings expressed as an amount and a percentage
This app is compatible with the "Custom fields" app. It allows you to set a product breakdown key for production tracking. Only custom fields of the list type, attached to the product object in the catalog, can be used as a key for breaking down and analyzing business production.
To do this, you must have designated the type of custom fields linked to the analysis of the case in the new "Estimate breakdown" field.
Go to the "home" page of the app, to access the production monitoring analysis table.
