- A computer and an Internet connection
- Have a computer with sufficient performance to use the
GoToMeeting online conferencing and meeting software on an Internet browser, and compatible with : Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Google Chrome, in their most recent version.
Screen resolution: 1024*768 minimum. - Sufficient Wi-fi connection. The GotoMeeting platform uses very little bandwidth, with
pages averaging less than 300 Kb.

- Anticipate purchasing needs : monitor stocks and supplies to avoid stock-outs.
- Save time to get up and running, and adopt best practices for better inventory and procurement management.

- Stock configuration on simple product sheet
- Processing of incoming and outgoing movements, in automatic mode or from a product file
- Stock configuration on advanced product sheet, with batch or serial number

How to get involved
Once you have subscribed to your pack and our teams have confirmed that your training request has been taken into account, a link will be sent to you to access all our training sessions.
Who can participate?
Any company subscribing to the offer can invite one or more members of its team to this training session. Connection links to the session will only be sent to the user who has subscribed to the pack. The subscriber must pass this link on to the relevant people in the company.
Only one pack sold per company
The session is not recorded.
Anyone absent from one or more sessions loses the benefit of the session(s) concerned.
No rescheduling is possible. Sessions are scheduled in advance, their content is planned and cannot be personalized or adapted to participants.
Sessions are inter-company, meaning that several companies using incwo software participate simultaneously in this training.
How does a session work?
Each one-hour training session will be divided into two parts:
- 45 to 50 min presentation by an incwo trainer
- 10 to 15 min discussion and questions with the trainer.
During this discussion phase, the microphones will be open, and each participant in turn will be able to take the floor and ask questions relating to the presentation session. The chat room will also be open, to enable those who wish to do so to ask questions in writing that will be dealt with during this exchange phase.
For each session, a concrete example will help you follow the course presented.
