With this app, you can benefit frompowerful management tools for all the companies in your network.
Create applications for your distributors, franchisees or affiliates, and invite their managers. Add regional groupings and create your structure's hierarchy.
Coupled with the "Network and Franchise Data" app, it lets you create and manage your own business network.
Activating the app allows you to :
- Create management applications for the companies in your network
- Hierarchize your structure by adding regional groupings
To add affiliated applications and compose your network, go to the app home page and add the applications.
Complete the form for each member of your network:
- Email contact
- Company name
- Address
- Postcode/City
- Country
- Any regional home group
When you create a new application, only you have access to it. You can then invite other members. To invite a member, click on the "New member" link on the relevant application and invite the company manager.
To define a company as a regional group leader, check the "Can be a group leader" box.
By opening the application accounts of the companies in your network, you gain temporary access to their applications. You can set up the application and train the company. The manager of your subsidiary or franchise can then remove your access.
On the network company management page you can also view current subscriptions.
